Q: Why do you use a water-fed pole system, and why don’t you wipe the windows?
A: The water-fed poles allow our technicians to safely reach windows up to the fourth storey, including skylights and conservatory roofs, significantly reducing ladder risks. We don’t wipe windows cleaned with purified water because it contains no minerals, ensuring a natural, spotless, streak-free finish upon evaporation – the most effective way to clean outside windows.
Q: Do I need to be present during the service?
A: You don’t need to be home for external window cleaning if our team can access your property through any gates. However, if you require internal window cleaning, we’ll need access to your home. We’re happy to arrange a convenient key pick-up and delivery service.

Q: Do you deep clean window frames, and can you remove tough stains like mould or plaster?
A: As part of our comprehensive service, we meticulously clean all window panes, frames, and sills. While we can deep clean PVC frames from the inside, please note that we cannot remove paint, plaster, heavy permanent stains, or mould from frames.

Pure Water Treatment (High-Reach Window Cleaning)
This method is exclusively for external window cleaning. Our advanced water-fed pole system reaches windows up to the fourth floor (approximately 23 metres high) without the need for ladders. This eco-friendly method uses purified water from a tank in our van, effectively removing dirt, minerals, and chemicals without streaks or residue. It’s perfect for high-rise buildings, retail units, and offices and helps prevent dust build-up.
Please note: We require parking within 30 metres of the property on the same side as your windows. If unavailable, we can use a detachable system reaching up to the second floor.
Traditional Window Cleaning
Hundreds of customers across London still prefer the reliable ladder-and-squeegee cleaning method, which, unlike the water-fed pole system, utilises professional detergents to remove dirt, stains, and fingerprints from glass thoroughly. We ensure a comprehensive service, cleaning all window panes, frames, and sills. For conservatories with wooden frames, we prioritise minimising damage by focusing solely on cleaning the window panes. Windows are left to air dry, ensuring no mineral deposits or residue remains.
